Clarke Expense Reduction Program (CERP)

Clarke IT Solutions has dealt with a large number of clients and a wide variety of vendors of both services and IT/Communications equipment. As a result, Clarke IT has developed expertise in a wide variety of key "cost" areas including; contracts, hardware and software purchasing, network optimization and overall expense reduction not only in the IT and Communications areas but also in other areas of business. The Clarke Expense Reduction Program (CERP) guarantees; 1)that the recommendations resulting from the review of the client’s expenses will provide the opportunity for significant cost reductions and 2) that the fees for this program will be significantly less than the actual first year savings resulting from implementing the recommendations of the program. CERP represents a true "win/win" opportunity for our clients.

The Clarke Expense Reduction Program includes:

• A review of current IT and Communication invoices.
• A review of all major contracts for voice and data services, software and hardware support and all other areas of the business.
• An analysis of all current voice and data services.
• A review of energy and other major, recurring costs within the organization.
• Preparation of an expense reduction report providing cost reduction recommendations and identifying actual dollar savings which can be expected from implementing the program.

Clarke IT Solutions will be pleased to undertake a CERP study for any size organization on either a fee for services basis or based on a percent of the actual savings to be derived from the implementation of the program. If the client selects the percentage based approach, there is no "front end" cost as all payments for CERP come from realized savings.
